 | Las Vegas Starting Pitcher Out Sunday, May 16th, 2055: It took the Las Vegas team doctor a while to realize it, but starting pitcher Robert Cooper won't simply play through a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament after he got hurt throwing a pitch in today's Bay Breakers-Aces game. At first, it looked like Cooper might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 10-11 months.
